5 Friday, I'm in Love ... With Daria!

Daria - basically me in high school, minus the fact that I get a little (re: A LOT) more excited about things.  Daria always had the less visibly excited kind of attitude, whereas I tend to jump around and yell.  But other than that, we're probably pretty similar.  We even look alike, and when I realized that I decided that for Halloween this year I'm going to need an orange shirt and green jacket - yeah, I'm going to be Daria for Halloween.

Daria is one of the few TV series that I currently have on DVD, and it was a definite "must have" when I found out it was being released.  It's also the only one I've finished so far (thank you, puzzle days), and I'm already planning to watch again sometime soon.  There's something about Daria's attitude and insight that I just can't resist.  Besides, it reminds me of my childhood, watching it in my brother's room on the TV that now serves at a foot-rest in my parents' living room.  Basically it's an all-around good time.
